Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the er6f platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms

Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of er6f services, you will need to register and create a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. er6f reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be using false or misleading information.
Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and must report any unauthorised access to the er6f support team immediately.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the er6f platform, you agree to:
- Be at least 18 years of age and meet the minimum age requirements set by applicable local laws
- Using the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Not using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to access or manipulate the platform
- Not engaging in any activity that could compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the er6f system
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership
- Using funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits
- Engaging in fraud, forgery, or any fraudulent activity on the platform
- Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system
- Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users or er6f staff
Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the er6f platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). er6f accepts a range of local payment methods, including internet banking (FPX), e-wallets such as TNG eWallet, and direct bank transfers. er6f is not liable for any fees charged by third-party payment providers during the processing of transactions.
Deposits will be credited to the user's account once payment has been confirmed by the system. Processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen — most transactions are completed within minutes, though some may take longer depending on banking network conditions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and review. er6f reserves the right to request additional documents before approving any withdrawal to ensure transaction integrity. All withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Any bonus or promotional credit is subject to the rollover requirements stated on the relevant promotions page. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without first fulfilling the specified rollover conditions.

Er6f does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Services may be temporarily disrupted for maintenance purposes or due to circumstances beyond er6f's control, such as natural disasters or internet infrastructure outages.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Er6f reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated these terms and conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner that is harmful to the platform or other users.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, er6f reserves the right to forfeit all existing balances, including bonus funds and any pending withdrawals. Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the er6f support team, and any legitimate balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Governing Law
All content on the er6f platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and interface elements — is the property of er6f or parties that have licensed it to er6f. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from er6f.
The er6f platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. er6f is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of any third party separately before using their services.
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of the er6f platform shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute may be referred to a competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
